It is allowed to include ChemLab in any modpack, but there are some important rules:

1)You handle bugs yourself first, aggregate them and pass them to me. It is not allowed to direct modpack users directly to me before allowing them to express issues on your forum/channel first.

2)You notify me about inclusion. Even if it is a testpack. It is not because I am an ass who wants to control everything. I just want to be able to know where I can collect feedback to fix bugs or improve stuff.

3)You provide users with latest version possible. There is no excuse to use old versions even if new ones have bugs\balance issues without reporting them first.

It is allowed to include ChemLab in any serverpack(public, white or graylisted), but there are some important rules:

If you create a pack for friends-only server or just to share your vision with friends there are lightweight version of TOS:

2)You provide users with latest version possible. There is no excuse to use old versions even if new ones have bugs\balance issues without reporting them first.

Disclaimer: If friends amount > 25 they are considered public and this pack is not for “Personal Use”

If you want to include ChemLab in a modpack on different terms of use you need to get written permission from me first.

I have no prejudice against them. You are free to sell access to ChemLab stuff on your server, but beware Mojang EULA. So only decorative stuff is allowed only and blah-blah-blah.

You may ask why I encourage this: because players on those servers have dedication and less likely to do silly stuff. Btw, I am looking for nice server with ChemLab to play on and observe CL performance and balance in live environment.

Any modpacks\serverpacks using ChemLab before this TOS publication have exclusive terms: They are allowed to include ChemLab in a modpack without any additional requirements. Just be nice xD

And I am the one who decides if this is a case :)
